Some of our favorite spots such as La Casa delle Farfalle were very close to the hotel. You should definitely explore Appio Latino district, it's worth it: D

Quiet location for everything. Just a walk down to La Taverna Della Pizza, where you can have lunch. We greatly enjoyed appia antica resort. Easy access to Catacombe di Pretestato.
